Returns Policy

30 Day Returns We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible your item must be unopened, disassembled, and sealed in its original packaging in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return Email us at contact@modernbrickhaus.com to request a return. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds All refunds are credited for the original amount paid minus the initial shipping fees, return shipping fees, any discounts applied to the order, and a $5 restocking fee. The exception to this is if you received an incorrect shipment, in which case the full amount is refunded.

Once your return has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from that email for the funds to appear in your account. It may take an additional billing cycle to appear on your statement.

Damages and Incorrect Orders Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect contact us immediately at contact@modernbrickhaus.com and we will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union Orders If your order is shipping to the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. To be eligible your item must be unopened, disassembled, and sealed in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Questions If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund please contact us at contact@modernbrickhaus.com and we will sort it out.
